In 2020, the SkillsClub project was launched in test mode. The original idea was to include everything related to gaining skills: children would get their first taste of programming and creativity, school students would prepare for their exams, university students would brush up before each session, and working professionals would master important professional skills and retrain for other roles. But… such a mix of goals turned out to be incompatible for a single product, so in early 2022 it was decided to stop SkillsClub and completely rethink its purpose.
The closure of SkillsClub also gave birth to the ptena and Stoballnik projects: the first is dedicated to parenting, upbringing and child development, and the second, unsurprisingly, targets school students.
